We cannot believe what incredible service we got from you in the installation of our new air conditioning. PROMPT, SPEEDY, ON THE BALL...doesn't even begin to describe it!

The price was fabulous and when we came home we came into a cool place (with all the windows closed) and no devastation to the hydrangeas - we hoped you could salvage some Reg.

We are lucky to be loyal customers and could not have been treated better.

We would like to thank Reg Hoover and Country Hearth & Chimney Inc for showing us the Geo Thermal system as an option for our heating, instead of continuing with oil.

It has been 3 years since the system was installed and it was the best decision we ever made. The air in the house is much cleaner and almost dust-free. We no longer suffer from dry coughs and prolonged colds. The heat is so well distributed that there isn't a cold room in the house. With oil heat there was always a few cold rooms.

The air conditioning part also works very well and keeps the house comfortable in humid conditions. With the uncertainty of oil prices and what it cost to heat our house we are happy with our decision to switch to Geo Thermal.

In the end, what you save every month far out-weighs the cost of the Geo Thermal system.

Dear Country Hearth:

We have just finished (almost) a long cold winter with the Geo Thermal. It has been great - we are so happy that we did it. We had to learn a few tricks (don't turn the thermostat down at night), but once we figured that out, the heat in the house has been fine. I don't know if it is related, but it is the first winter that neither of us had a problem with dry itchy skin (despite have a humidifier on our gas furnace).

Hi Valerie + Reg,

We wanted to let you know how much we LOVE our Geo Thermal heating system. We now have it at our home and our cottage and love them both. We heated our home for $9.65 in the month of February and our bill with air conditioning on is considerably less than the same time last year. At the cottage we are saving over $3000 a year in heating costs now that we have the Geo Thermal! You guys are the best.
